I’m interrupting my own occasional blog to announce the arrival of Making a Scene, my new poetry and photos book with Steve Ward.
The concept was to give folk who were shielding during lockdown, along with those who can’t access beautiful countryside, a book to escape into.
I chose from the Steve’s photos the most atmospheric, clever, quirky, joyful photos that spoke (or shouted) their stories to me.
Steve publishes and does all the techie work needed to get my books into print and Kindle forms.
It’s available on Amazon in paperback and Kindle (I’m uncomfortable with the marketing stuff, but I am proud of this book).
I hope it will provide respite, entertainment and food for thought as well as showcase some of the amazing nature we have been blessed with.
